Terms of service
By installing or using Findory, the Shopify merchant agrees to these terms and confirms that it has authority to act for the relevant business.
Agreement and operator
These terms govern Findory Product Quiz, operated by Juniper Taylor from 503 Lisbeth Rd, Newark, DE 19713. By installing or using Findory, the merchant confirms that it can bind the relevant business to these terms.
The service
Findory lets Shopify merchants create, preview, publish, pause, and resume merchant-authored product recommendation quizzes. Merchants place a published quiz in an Online Store 2.0 theme with the Findory App Block. Findory does not provide customer product subscriptions, checkout, order management, or payment-method features.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights to quiz content; keeping destination links and product information current; giving required storefront notices; and ensuring a quiz does not provide misleading or regulated professional advice. Do not enter passwords, access tokens, private customer data, unlawful content, or malware.
App plans and billing
Current App plan limits, billing periods, trials, and prices are shown through Shopify App Pricing. A charge begins only after the merchant approves it in Shopify. Plan changes, cancellation, prorating, and refunds follow the terms shown by Shopify and applicable law.
Refund policy
Shopify handles App plan charges. Contact Findory support about billing errors or refund requests.
Content and license
The merchant keeps ownership of merchant-authored content and grants Findory the limited rights needed to store and display it. We grant the merchant a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while its entitlement is active.
Privacy and acceptable use
Shopper answers are intended to remain in browser memory for the current run. You may not use Findory to violate law or third-party rights, mislead shoppers, access another merchant's data, bypass service limits, transmit malicious code, or disrupt the service.
Availability and warranty
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, sales, conversion, revenue, product suitability, or regulatory compliance. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising from Findory will not exceed the fees paid for the app during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Limits that applicable law does not allow remain unaffected.
Merchant indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the merchant will defend and indemnify Juniper Taylor against third-party claims arising from merchant content, destination links, unlawful use, or a material breach of these terms, provided that we give prompt notice and allow reasonable control of the defence and settlement.
Termination and deletion
A merchant may stop using Findory by cancelling the applicable App plan and uninstalling the app. Public quiz access is revoked and shop-owned data is handled under the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access for material breach, security risk, non-payment, or a legal or platform requirement.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Laws applicable in US, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled through Newark, Delaware (DE), US. Mandatory consumer, privacy, and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated where required by law.
